If you’re like me and love a quick and easy-to-follow recipe video, you’re going to love the latest viral ‘brownie balls’ that keep popping up in my feed.
Tiktoker Elle Gibson is best known for her vegan recipes, which take a little ‘sweet treat’ to the next level, both in terms of healthiness and speed.
She has a whole section on her page dedicated to her own personal creation - brownie balls, and there are over 30 videos to peruse.
Although she initially started sharing her standard (yet delectable) salted chocolate brownie ball, Elle has since branched out, giving us yummier creations by the week.
From flavours like tiramisu to mint chocolate, hazelnut, chocolate orange, chocolate raspberry, bounty bar and cookies and cream, there’s sure to be one (or all) that tickles your fancy.
Here are a few top picks you should try next time the sugar monster comes to bother you:

1 ½ cups dates
3 tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (optional)
3-4 tbsp syrup

*If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a splash of milk
Then simply roll them all together and use a 100g chocolate bar for melting and coating.

Cookies and Cream Brownie Balls:
Mix:

5 Oreo cookies
1-2 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
